Damages and Shortages
Every item is inspected carefully prior to shipping. If you receive any
damaged or re-taped packages, you must inform the carrier upon receipt of
the shipment and note the damages when you sign for the shipment. This
will enable us (P.F.S.) to put in a claim with the carrier. No claims for
damages, shortages or incorrect items will be considered unless we are
notified in writing within 2 business days of the delivery date.
Shipping & Delivery
We are not responsible for local custom regulations, duties or charges for
shipments outside the United States. We will not be responsible for any
delays in fulfilling any type of order due to but not limited to
unavailability of merchandise, delays caused by carriers or any other
unforeseen circumstances. Orders received after 3:00 PM Eastern Time may be processed on the next business day. It is best if you call in your Next Day / 2 Day orders or call us after the order is placed online.
Our carriers (FedEx, UPS, etc) makes a decision at their discretions to leave some package at your door without a signature and any package delivered by our carriers, with or without a signature is considered a valid delivery. If you do not want your packages left at your door, you must call us and require a signature for an additional charge or you will be responsible for any loses. We also require a signature on larger orders and certain items which can not be waived without a prior arrangement.
All refused orders are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the shipping
& handling charges (shipping & return) paid by P.F.S.
To receive credit for your returns, all returned items must be in their
original packaging and properly packaged for shipping. You will be
responsible for any merchandise damaged while being returned to us. No
merchandise may be returned without a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Any returns sent to us without a valid RA # noted on the package will not
receive credit. No return or exchange will be accepted on any item after 7
days. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the shipping
& handling charges paid by P.F.S.
Extended warranties, labor and consumable items such as film, paper,
chemistry, bulbs, CDs, DVDs, tapes, memory cards, software, etc. can not
be returned for any reason.
Equipment, Printers and Special Orders
Cancellation return or exchange of orders or portions thereof will not be
accepted after orders are placed for any equipment, printers or special
Title to Merchandise
Title to all merchandise purchased from us remains ours until fully paid.
The acceptance by us of notes or other commercial paper made by the
purchaser or third parties and/or the institution of suit and entry of
judgment thereon shall not divest us of such title until said note(s),
paper and/or judgment have been fully paid. All credits for payments by
check or note are subject to collection.
We make no warranty of merchantability of fitness, and no other warranties
or representations, expressed or implied, with respect to any merchandise.
We shall not be responsible for any labor charges or consequential damages
due to the defects therein. The respective product manufacturers are solely responsible for any warranties or defects in their products.
Failure of the seller to object to provisions contained in customers
purchase order or other communications shall not be deemed a waiver of the
terms or conditions hereof nor acceptance of such provisions. No oral
statements, warranties, representations, stipulations or terms have any
binding effect or be any part of the contract whatsoever.
Notice of Changes in Company Structure
The purchaser will be responsible for any legal ramifications if they fail
to notify P.F.S. in writing of any changes in their company structure such
as ownership, name, Tax ID number, etc.
Credit Card Disputes
You here by accept that any disputes, which may arise on any transaction
is to be referred to P.F.S., and not to the credit provider.
Purchaser agrees to pay 1.5% monthly finance charge on late payments plus
all fees in case of collection. There will be a $25.00 service charge for
returned checks regardless of the amount.

submitted by you. Mainly, the information you provide is used to fulfill
your specific request and maintain your account and we may also use this

provide products/services and other opportunities to you.
